Marlin Daugherty

Marlin Loyd Daugherty, 68, passed away September 22, 2009 in a Mineral Wells nursing home. He was born September 5, 1941 in Parker County the son of Eugene Loyd and Jewel Lee Clark Daugherty. He married Linda Hudnell on April 6, 1990 in San Saba. He was a longtime resident of Mineral Wells and was a contractor in construction. He was recently baptized in a non denominational church. Friends and family are invited to join in a tribute to Marlin's life at 1 PM Sunday, September 27 at the Millsap Community Center. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. He is survived by his wife: Linda Daugherty of Mineral Wells, daughter: Debbie Melton of Stillwater, Oklahoma, son: Marlin Loyd Daugherty Jr. of Weatherford, daughters: Robin Riebe of Weatherford, Kathleen Daugherty of Abilene, grandchildren: Leben Riebe Jr. and Ty Riebe, sisters: Barbara Clemens of Colleyville, Patsy Adams of Mineral Wells, cousin: Nelda Glover of Mineral Wells, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, and niece: Nobe Lea Adams.
