Marion Janet Wooten

Marion Janet Wooten, 80, passed away November 9, 2015 at her home at Possum Kingdom Lake. She was born August 13, 1935 in Vernon the daughter of Milton and Juanita Bell. She married Riley Wooten on August 21, 1952 in Abernathy. She had lived at Possum Kingdom Lake since 2004 and in Lubbock prior to that. Services will be 2 PM Thursday, November 12, 2015 at the Sanders Funeral Home Chapel in Lubbock. Burial will follow in Peaceful Gardens Cemetery in Lubbock. Visitation is from 1-2 PM before the service. She is survived by her husband: Riley Wooten of PK Lake, children: Patricia Dayton of Lubbock, Mike Wooten of PK Lake, Steve Wooten and wife Lane of Dallas, grandchildren: Richard, Justin, Tasha, Derek, Zach, Sean, Rachel, and Dylan, 7 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild, brother: Don Bell and wife Lucy of Pharr, and numerous other extended family and friends.
