Our beloved, Linda Sue Myall, 84, passed away Monday, October 23, 2023, in Santo, Texas. Linda was born on May 7, 1939, in Dallas County, Texas to the late Virgil Benton Pinckard and Sally Wesley Lockhart Pinckard. She grew up in Fort Worth, Texas and graduated from Paschal High School in 1957. She married Thomas Mabry Myall, Jr. in 1977 who she met through her sister, Sally Ann. Linda was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Mineral Wells, Texas, where she worshiped and served with her church family. Her professional career included working at Fort Worth Star Telegram, Radiology Associates, and at Huguley Memorial Hospital. Linda loved animals, coloring, and eating out. She will be greatly missed and forever remembered for her love of her family, friends, and Dr. Pepper.
Linda was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Myall, brother Pat Pinckard, niece Marla Patton, nephews, Scott Pinckard, Brad Patton, and Steven Pinckard. She is survived by her son, Dr. Christopher Nettles, son Chad Myall and daughter-in-law Mitzy Myall, grandchildren Mason Myall and Macey Myall, her sister Sally Ann Patton, and her brother Mike Pinckard. She is also survived by her bonus family, many in-laws, nieces, nephews, and friends all who meant the world to her.
Visitation is 5 -7 p.m., Thursday at Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Funeral Home, Mineral Wells, Texas. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Friday, October 27, 2023 at Immanuel Baptist Church, 1413 SE 16th St, Mineral Wells, Texas. Burial will follow at Landreth Cemetery, Santo, Texas.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials in Linda's name be made to Meals on Wheels of Palo Pinto County.
