Linda Leatherman

Linda Reedy Leatherman, 66, passed away July 30, 2014 in a Fort Worth hospital. She was born August 4, 1947 in Alexandria, Virginia the daughter of Eddie McGowen and Eunice Schmidt. She married Harlon Leatherman on March 29, 1986 in Mineral Wells. She was a longtime resident of Mineral Wells and a member of Fairview Baptist Church. Services will be 2 PM Monday, August 4, 2014 at Fairview Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Indian Creek Cemetery. Visitation is Sunday from 3-5 PM at the funeral home. She is survived by her husband: Harlon Leatherman of Mineral Wells, children and spouses: Jeffery and Jerry Reddell of Mineral Wells, Becky and Michael Johnson of Weatherford, Bobby Joe Reedy of Mineral Wells, grandchildren: Cassie and Brooke Johnson, Matthew Morris Reddell, Diane Price, brother: Joe McGowen of Mineral Wells, sisters: Elizabeth Foster and Liz Huddleston, step-son: Darrell Leatherman, step-brother: Rick Schmidt, and step-father: Ray Schmidt. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister: Wanda Benavides, granddaughter: Angel Johnson, and numerous nieces and nephews.
