Lavangelene Shaw

Lavangelene Shaw, 69, passed away May 5, 2013 in a Weatherford hospital. She was born January 21, 1944 in Weatherford the daughter of William Wesley and Maudie Marie Smith Weaver. She was a longtime resident of Millsap. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Weatherford. Graveside services will be 2 PM Thursday, May 9, 2013 at Poe Prairie Cemetery. Visitation is Wednesday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. She is survived by her daughters and son-in-law: Norma and Tony Rodriguez of Mineral Wells, Vickie Kincheloe and boyfriend B. J. Jacobs of Millsap, Christie Lee Shaw of Millsap, son: James Edward Shaw Jr. of Millsap, and numerous grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband James Edward Shaw Sr. on October 8, 2002, and grandson: Trey Reddell. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to help with funeral expenses.
