Laura Benson

Laura Benson 58 of Mineral Wells went to be with the Lord on October 6, 2016. Laura had a zest for life. She was very family orientated and loved her children and grandchildren with all her heart and was proud of their accomplishments in life. When she had time, she enjoyed camping with family and fishing. She was an excellent baker and enjoyed cooking for her family. Most of all she was a strong Christian woman believing in her Lords word.She will be missed dearly by her children. Son, Kevin Waltz and Lacy Castle-Waltz; daughter, Janette and husband Jamie Villarreal; grandchildren, Jordyn and Matthew Waltz, Jamie Villarreal III, Damion Waltz, Kyle Hendricks and Konner Levi Waltz; great grandchildren, Ember Carroll.She is preceeded in death by her father Neal Martin of Rotan, Texas and Tommie Burnett of Midland, Texas.Luncheon and visitation will be held at noon in the Calvary Baptist fellowship hall and the memorial service will be held at Calvary Baptist Church in Mineral Wells at 2.
