Kenneth Wayne Clary, Sr.

Kenneth Wayne Clary Sr., beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend, passed away peacefully on March 19, 2025, at the age of 88. He was born on August 1, 1936, in Mineral Wells, Texas, and lived a life filled with love, wisdom, and kindness.

Ken was known for his warmth, generosity, and sense of humor, and he was deeply loved by all who knew him. He dedicated his life to his careers in aviation and RV park ownership. 

A man of many talents, Ken was a successful business owner, aircraft pilot, bluegrass music lover, DJ, and skilled mechanic.

He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Carolyn Jean Hall; his children: 

Kenneth Clary Jr. and wife Karol Clary, and their daughters Deanna Trudeau (husband Jude Muro) and Danielle Trudeau (wife Lauren Shackter)

Robert Clary and wife Lynn Ellen, and their daughter Taylor Thompson (husband Colin Thompson) and son Gunner Clary 

Keith Clary and wife Diana Clary, and daughter Kayla Anderson

Janet "Kippy" Warren and husband Cliff Warren, and their children Jere Warren (wife Tisha), Brooke Elliff (husband Shane), and Brittany Storm (husband Heathe)

He is also survived by his many beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren: Isabel, Tru, Mason, Kinley, Teagan, Liv, Harper, Wyatt, Kerrigan, Logan, Colby, Aubrey, and Melanie, all of whom will forever cherish his memory.

Ken was preceded in death by his parents, Mary Jewel O'Bannon Clary and Oda Theodore Clary; his brother, Clyde Clary; his sister, Mary Jo Harrington; and his niece, Kim Chamberlain Hale.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, March 24, 2025, at The Baum-Carlock Funeral Home in Mineral Wells, Texas. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to a charity or cause of your choice in honor of Ken’s legacy.

Ken will be dearly missed but never forgotten. His kindness, strength, and love will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
