Kenneth Bevers

Kenneth H. Bevers, 70, passed away March 23, 2010 in a Houston hospital. He was born August 9, 1939 in Palo Pinto County the son of Frank C. and Rosie Lee Linehan Bevers. He married Nancy Baggett in 1961 in Oran. He had lived in Fort Worth since 1964 and had worked for GM for 46 years. He especially enjoyed his grandchildren, gardening, and restoring vintage homes. Services will be 2 PM Saturday, March 27, 2010 in the Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Chapel with Brother Mack Streun officiating. Burial will follow in Perrin Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Visitation is Friday from 7-8 PM at the funeral home. He is survived by his wife: Nancy Bevers of Fort Worth, son and daughter-in-law: Dr. Michael Bevers and Dr. Diane Bevers of Houston, precious grandchildren: Lindsay and Mikey Bevers, sister and brother-in-law: Joy and Wilson Crow of Jacksboro, sister-in-law and brother-in-law: Marcia and Elbert Ray Swan of Jacksboro, brother-in-law and sister-in-law: Wayne and Lavesta Baggett of Millsap, and several wonderful nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and 1 brother.
