Kay Dodson

Kay Doss Dodson, 70, passed away July 6, 2017 in Fort Worth. She was born December 25, 1946 in Mineral Wells the daughter of John and Thelma McBrayer Doss. She married Willie S. Dodson on December 29, 1971 in Mineral Wells. She was a longtime resident of Mineral Wells. She was a licensed minister with Fresh Oil Ministries. She served on the Mineral Wells Historical Society, and the Palo Pinto Historical Society and the Old Jail Museum. She was active in the Mineral Wells High School Class of 1964 Alumni. Services will be 2 PM Sunday, July 9, 2017 in the Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Chapel. Burial will follow in Whitt Cemetery. Visitation is Saturday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. She is survived by her husband: Willie S. Dodson of Mineral Wells, son: July W. Dodson of Spokane, Washington, and numerous extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.
