Junior Maness

Junior C. Maness, 80, passed away November 14, 2013 in a Mineral Wells hospital. He was born September 30, 1933 in Ryan, Oklahoma the son of Steven and Mary Adell Morgan Maness. He married Ethel Mae Busby on October 11, 1953 in Clovis New Mexico. He was a longtime resident of Mineral Wells and a member of Rock Creek Road Baptist Church. He worked for Max and Billie Clark as a lineman for 45 years. Services will be 2 PM Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at Rock Creek Road Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Woodland Park Cemetery. Visitation is Monday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. He is survived by his children and spouses: Doyle and Cindy Maness of Mineral Wells, Darrel and Brenda Maness of Mineral Wells, Mary Galvez of Las Vegas, Diane and Buddy Daniels of Mineral Wells, Pauline Lee of Mineral Wells, Paul Jr. and Cheryl Galvez of Mineral Wells, 13 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and numerous great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife on March 18, 2003, his daughter: Tina Durham, son: Terry Maness, grandsons: Jamie Maness and Bryan Galvez, and 5 brothers.
