Juanita Cranford

Juanita Dalton Clark Cranford, 94 passed away Sunday July 17, 2011 in Mineral Wells. She was born to William Slaughter Dalton and Florence (Wells) Dalton December 22, 1916 in Mineral Wells. She married Frank Clark in 1937 and they had two children, Lon and Dorothy. Frank preceded her in death in 1956 and later in life married Heath (Pete) Cranford who passed away in 1991. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Mineral Wells. Funeral service is Wednesday July 20, 2011 at 2PM in the Baum Carlock Bumgardner Chapel, officiating will be Chaplains from Palo Pinto General Hospital Hospice Larry Harrington and Jon Balckburn, burial is at Woodland Park Cemetery following service. Survivors include son Lon and wife Mary of Weatherford, daughter Dorothy Clark-Cranford-Weldon of Perrin, granddaughters Debbie Peyton, Terri Thompson of Weatherford, Tina Pulley of Round Rock, Lorraine Seay of Mineral Wells, Lyndie Stevens of Cowgill Mo., eleven great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren and many nieces and cousins. The family wants to thank all the caregivers, doctors and the ones who cared enough to visit her over the years. In lieu of flowers it was Juanita's wish that donations be made in honor of her great grandchildren Matt and Brandon Peyton to "A Wish with Wings" at 917 West Sanford, Arlington, Texas 76102
