Juanita S. Bryant, 92, passed away March 1, 2014 in Dallas after a lengthy illness. Services will be 11 AM Thursday, March 6, 2014 in the Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Chapel. Burial will follow in Woodland Park Cemetery. She was born April 16, 1921 in the Union Hill Community of Stephens County to S. A. and Janie Gray Sullivan. After meeting on a blind date, she and Howard D. Bryant married on February 24, 1949 in the Union Hill Community. They were married 48 years until his death in November of 1997. She and Howard moved their family to Mineral Wells in 1967. She was an active member of First Baptist Church and the Wednesday Bible Study Club. She is survived by her daughter: Janie Bryant of Dallas, sisters and brother-in-law: Willene and Douglas Fambrough and Nell Langford all of Breckenridge, former daughter-in-law: Kay Bryant of Lula, Georgia, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, son: Keith, and brother: Tommy S. Sullivan. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to First Baptist Church if Mineral Wells, the Alzheimer's Association, or a charity of your choice.
