Joy Estes

Joy Lee Estes, 85, passed away February 5, 2019 in Fort Worth. Joy was born in Olney on February 6, 1933 the daughter of Robert and Una Vay Nugent Kinman. She married Odus L. Estes on December 2, 1950 in Mineral Wells. She was a lifetime resident of Millsap until she went to live at Palo Pinto Nursing Center 6 years ago. Services will be 10 AM Friday, February 8, 2019 in the Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Chapel. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery. Visitation is Thursday from 6-8 PM in the funeral home annex. She is survived by her daughters and son-in-law: Johna Wicker of Weatherford, Patricia and Ernest Tackett of Millsap, 9 grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, sons: Bennie, James, and Henry, and a sweet granddaughter: Donna Kaye.
