John Elliott Miller

John Elliott Miller, 68, passed away March 11, 2011 in a Grapevine hospital. He was born December 1, 1942 in Powderly the son of John David and Modelle Aubrey Garrett Miller. He had lived in Santo for the past 12 years and in the Metroplex prior to that. He married Linda Lisby on December 7, 1958 in Fort Worth. He was married to his second wife: Kathy Baker in Palo Pinto and she preceded him in death on November 10, 2007. Services will be 10 AM Monday, March 14, 2011 in the Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Chapel. Burial will follow in Woodland Park Cemetery. Visitation is Sunday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. He is survived by his children: Stephen Miller of Hurst, Susan Cline of Keller, Sandra Miller of Denton, Holly Weaver of Santo, grandchildren: Shane Miller, Jeremy Miller, Christopher Gallardo, Dustin Gallardo, and Rachael Gallardo, 7 great-grandchildren, brother: David Miller of Flower Mound, sisters: Judy Miller of Arlington, and Betty Bevil of Springtown. He was also preceded in death by his parents, and his sister: Doris Elaine Douglas.
