John Oliver Jenkins

John Oliver Jenkins, 74, passed away January 21, 2015 at his home in Mineral Wells. He was born February 2, 1940 in Mineral Wells the son of Andrew John and Thelma Mae Sweeny Jenkins. Services will be 3 PM Sunday, January 25, 2015 in the Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Chapel. Visitation is Saturday from 1-3 PM at the funeral home. He is survived by his children: Manuel Rey Jenkins, Brenda Jenkins Maness and husband Darrel, grandchildren: Sherri Jane Jenkins, Crissy Mae Jenkins, Santeefe Nicole Slobodien, Tie Ann Minter, Andrew John Jenkins, 12 great-grandchildren, life-long friend: Jessie Gonzales, and step-granddaughter: Paula Clayton. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife: Elida Marie Trevino, brothers: Jackson and Aldrege Jenkins, and son: Jessie Alvin Jenkins.
