John Orville Cox

John Orville Cox, 64, passed away July 3, 2015 in the VA Hospital in Dallas. He was born November 30, 1950 in Mineral Wells the son of John C. and Naomi Harrington Cox. He was a lifetime resident of Mineral Wells and a lifetime member of Indian Creek Baptist Church. He married Judy McKinley on September 3, 2014 in Mineral Wells. Services will be 2 PM Monday, July 6, 2015 at Indian Creek Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Indian Creek Cemetery. He is survived by his wife: Judy Cox of Mineral Wells, daughter: Amy Cox of Weatherford, grandchildren: Courtney Cox of Arlington, Kevin and Cade Finder of Weatherford, step-daughter: Susan Fortney Moser and husband Blake of Tyler, step-granddaughters: Scarlett Ava and Camille Adalyn Moser of Tyler, great-granddaughter: Yarelis Rivera of Arlington, siblings and spouses: Carroll and Bobbi Cox of Mineral Wells, Weldon and Adonna Cox of Perrin, Shirley and John Mallory of Mineral Wells, and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and two nieces.
