John Anderson Foreman (Jack to his friends) and Barbara Joan Foreman (Barboo to her friends).
John, age 92, was born November 9th 1932 to George and Sallie Foreman in Rochester, Texas. Barbara Joan Foreman, age 87, was born November 19th, 1937 to William and Elsie Snell in Gloversville, New York.
Barbara died April 15th, 2025 and Jack followed her a short 4 hours later, passing on April 16th, 2025. They had been married for 65 years.
They had a great and full life together. From dads time overseas in the Air Force where he was stationed in Germany, to the decades they spent traveling the country in their RV, they had great and wonderful times together. Mom and dad shared a lot of their travel stories with me over the last few years and one of the funniest was them telling me about when they went to Paris. Dad got stuck in the traffic circle going around the Arc De Triomphe and mom got so scared she laid down in the floorboard until he could navigate his way out of the circle. Mom praying the entire time and dad probably rolling his eyes. They loved going to Fun Valley, Colorado every year for over a decade and loved their children and grandchildren, always making time to be there for them.
Mom and dad loved cooking together, mom cooking everything and dad specializing in banana nut bread, that he would give to everyone in Mineral Wells that he could find.
They were very Christian and mom's last church was Immanuel Baptist. They had high moral values and instilled a sense of honor and integrity in all of us kids, teaching us the lessons we needed to lead successful lives of our own.
They are survived by their children: Danny Foreman and wife Cheryl. Their children, Michelle, Chelsea, Ashley and Alex. John (Rip) Foreman and wife Debbie. Their children, Kelli, Casey, Cody, Kayla, Melyssa and John Arthur. David Foreman and wife Jayme. Also by numerous nephews, nieces, great grandchildren and great great-grandchildren. I was actually looking at all the pictures and we could start our own small country.
The family would like to thank Mineral Wells Nursing and Rehab and Solaris Hospice for the care given to our mom and dad.
