Joe Dwayne King

Joe Dwayne King passed away Friday, April 1, 2022 at Medical City Arlington. He was born January 23, 1960, son of Max Allen and Marjorie King. Joe grew up in Brock where he enjoyed a country life of fishing and hunting. He began collecting arrowheads when he was 3 years old. He was an excellent mechanic and a retired carpenter. Joe had a great sense of humor and enjoyed time with family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his father and grandparents. Survivors include his son, Branden and wife Stephanie; daughter, Shady; grandchildren, Mayzee Montgomery and Milo King; his mother Marjorie; brother, Maxie Lee King; and by his nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Baum-Carlock-Bumgarner Funeral Home. Graveside services will be 2 p.m., Thursday, April 7, 2022 at Brock Cemetery.
