Joe Randall Elmore

Joe Randall Elmore, 68, passed away January 21, 2017 in Texarkana. He was born December 7, 1948 in Breckenridge the son of Victor Warren and Donnie Mae Houghton Elmore. He married Linda Daniel Choate in 1983 in Mineral Wells. He was a great dad, grandfather, and best father-in-law: He loved to fish, was a jokester, loved to dance, and play the piano, guitar, and drums. He was a veteran of the US Army having served in Vietnam. Memorial services will be 2 PM Saturday, January 28, 2017 in the Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Chapel. He is survived by his wife: Linda Daniel Choate; children and spouses: Kimberley and Billy Riley, Randy and Monserrat Elmore, Joe Bob Elmore; mother of his children: Kathie Overcash; other children and spouses: Dianna and Michael Leggett, Blevins "Snoopy" Choate, Daniel and Marsha Choate; grandchildren: Misty, Joseph, Nickie, Arianna, Levi, Baylee, Kaylee, Kemp, Arani, Cheyenne, Elija, McKenzie, Hayden, Nathan, Bryce, Lexi, Zane; great-grandchildren: Isabell, Michael, Zayden, Jessica, and brother and sister-in-law: Jack and Leatha Houghton. He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers.
