Jimmie Floyd Tuggle

Jimmie Floyd Tuggle, 87, passed away December 25, 2022. He was born to Floyd and Hazel Kelly Tuggle on August 19, 1935, in Bennett, Texas. Jimmie served in the US Army and worked at Cantex for 42 years.

Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Lonnita Shreve Tuggle; children, James Tuggle and wife Robin and Lori Mata; grandchildren, Jamie Parker, Tanner Tuggle, and Landon Mata; great-grandchildren, Mackenzie Parker, Mason Parker, Saydee Tuggle, Adison Mata, and Brendan Mata; and by his sister, Glenda Grimes Jones.

Jimmie will be lying in state on Wednesday until 9 p.m. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Thursday, December 29, 2022 at Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Funeral Home Chapel. He will be laid to rest at Staggs Prairie Cemetery.
