Jimmie Lucas

Jimmie Lee Lucas, 80, of Mineral Wells, passed away Monday, August 13, 2018. He was born April 28, 1938, to Robert Lloyd and Cecil Eleanor Richards Lucas, in Stephenville. Jimmie served in the United States Air Force, later retiring from the Civil Service. His wife, Deloris Lucas; daughter, Diane Lucas; brother Burl Lucas; and his parents preceded him in death. Jimmie will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Survivors include his children, Teresa Stephens and Cindy Chavez; grandchildren, Natalia Chavez, Andres Chavez, Sr., and William Busby; sister, Leona Rogers ; brothers, Richard Lucas and Charles Lucas; numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral services will be 2 pm, Thursday, August 16, 2018 at Baum-Carlock Bumgardner Funeral Home Chapel with burial will follow at Staggs Prairie.
