Jerry Smith
August 23, 1962 — February 14, 2022
Jerry Smith a great husband, dad, and Papaw passed away February 14, 2022. He was born in Shreveport, Louisiana to Doc Edmond Smith and Hazle Marie (Perkins) Smith on August 23, 1962. He was the youngest of 10 children. Jerry met Marcelle Machen in 1980 and they married in 1983. Jerry was a very kindhearted man who loved God, his family, and his dog Eddy.
Survivors include his wife, Marcelle; four children Melissa, Melinda, Jerry and Krislyn; 5 grandchildren Taylor, Austin, Kaleb, Joey and Ryleigh; and 2 great grandchildren Hagen & Braylee.
A double memorial service, for Jerry and his daughter Melissa, will be held 2 p.m., Friday, March 25 at the Mineral Wells Church of God.
He will forever be missed. Until we meet again my Sweet Man ❤❤❤
