Jennie Cagley Camfield

Jennie Cagley Camfield born October 6, 1923 in Horatio, Arkansas went to sleep in Jesus December 6, 2013 in Mineral Wells, Texas.She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Camfield, daughter Beverly Barnes McComb, granddaughter Vikki Monday Bradley and grandson Bret McComb. She is survived by daughter Catherine Monday and husband Ray of Weatherford, son Gary Barnes and wife Norma of White Settlement, daughter Patricia Martin of Benbrook and many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Blessed with 90 years of life, she has seen many technological changes. She worked hard from riveting and assembling bomber planes during WWII to switchboard operator for the telephone company to medical lab tech and administrative secretarial and bookkeeping positions. Yet she still found time to take care of her family and raise four children. She was very committed to witnessing for Jesus and encouraging all to believe in His love and sacrifice for us so that we all could be saved. Services will be 2 PM Wednesday, December 11, 2013 in the Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Chapel. Burial will follow in Bethesda Cemetery.
