Jeannie Mabry

Jeannie Dalene Mabry, 59, passed away May 19, 2015 at her home in Whitt. She was born December 8, 1955 in Gatesville the daughter of Robbie and Golda Jean Sergent Rushing. She married Tommy Rex Mabry on December 8, 1974 in Frankston. She was a longtime resident of Whitt. She enjoyed riding alongside Rex across the country in their 18 wheeler. She loved her family, fast cars, and was an avid animal lover. She will be missed by many. Graveside memorial services will be 2 PM Saturday, May 30, 2015 at Indian Creek Cemetery. She is survived by her father: Robbie Rushing of Perrin, sister and brother-in-law: Sheila and Ed Tucker of Denton, brother and sister-in-law: Richard and Kelly Rushing of Whitt, nephew: Scott Tucker and wife Bryn of Denton, niece: Jessica Hicks and husband Ben of Huntsville, Alabama, uncle: Ralph Sergent of Perrin, great-nephews: Matthew and Michael, great-nieces: Lauren, Emily, Taytum, Natalie, and Nolee, and numerous other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband on May 4, 2013, mother, brother: David Armstrong, her faithful companions Peanut and 7, and Glenn Armstrong.
