Jason Linn Spieker

Jason Linn Spieker, age 47, born January 16, 1975, in Mineral Wells, Texas, passed away on Saturday April 2, 2022. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

Jason was a 1993 graduate of Mineral Wells High School and obtained his Associate Degree from Texas State Technical College. He held various job roles after school and was a Logistic Technician with Suddenlink at the time of his death. He was baptized and member of St. Mark Lutheran Church in Mineral Wells.

He loved playing golf, being on the family farm during hunting season, and having target practice. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan and always had high hopes for them at the beginning of each season. He was a meticulous handy man and performed most of the remodel of his home. Jason had a fantastic sense of humor; he loved to hear and tell a good joke.

He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Michelle and two sons Jadon Michael and Logan J.; parents Don and Betsy Spieker of Weatherford, TX; sister Jennifer (Spieker) Hill and husband Marty; nephews Zachary Hill, William Mearse, and Shawn Mearse; and niece Alyssa Hill; father and mother in-law Michael and Janet Mearse; brother in-law Stanley Mearse and wife Lydia.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Fritz and Frances Spieker, Robert and Mary McClure.

Visitation will be Thursday, April 7^th 6-8pm at Baum Carlock Bumgardner. Funeral service will be at First Baptist Church in Mineral Wells, TX at 2pm on Friday, April 8^th.
