Jason Lamar Phillips, 35, passed away June 9, 2010 in a Mineral Wells hospital. He was born January 23, 1975 in Atlanta, Georgia the son of Stephen Ronald and Sheila Ann Wallace Phillips. He is survived by his parents: Stephen and Sheila Phillips, and grandparents: Jo Ann and Bruce Wallace.
