Jane Davenport

Jane Way Hill Davenport, 93, passed away October 21, 2014 at her home in Garner. She was born June 11, 1921 in Mineral Wells the daughter of Ira Ward and Olive "Ollie" Estes Way. She was a past member of the Bluebonnet Club in Whitney and the Volunteer Fire Department of Whitney. Services will be 2 PM Friday, October 24, 2014 at Santa Fe Baptist Church in Weatherford. Burial will follow in Woodland Park Cemetery. She is survived by her sister: Louise Snider of Garner, niece and husband: Sharon and Leonard Morgan of Garner, nephew and wife: Lewis and Deedee Stephens of Fort Worth, and numerous great and great-great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husbands: Thomas Hill and Robert Davenport. Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in her memory.
