Jamie Leigh Radford (Taylor), age 37, of Mineral Wells, went to be with the Lord on November 12, 2024 after a long battle with cancer. Jamie was born on June 1, 1987 to Melanie Brannon and Weldon Taylor at Palo Pinto General Hospital in Mineral Wells, TX. She was raised by her loving grandparents, Niels and Debbie Bates, of Mineral Wells. Jamie was a devoted mother to three amazing children, Destiny Renia Radford, Derek Zane Radford, and Gracelynne Rachelle Risk, all of Mineral Wells. Her children were the best part of her life and she was always there to offer support, advice, kindness, and most of all, love. Jamie loved to sing and had a voice that could hush a crowd. She loved Karaoke and introduced it to her children as something they all loved to do together. Jamie is preceded in death by her husband, John Radford, mother, Melanie Brannon, grandmother, Debbie Bates, grandmother, Ruth Taylor, great grandmother, Laverne Manley, great grandfather, Bobby Manley, aunt, Deana Taylor, uncle, Alan Griffith, uncle Larry Castleberry, and uncle Roger Castleberry. She is survived by her children, Destiny Radford (age 17), Derek Radford (Age 16), Gracelynne Risk (age 8), father, Weldon Taylor, grandfather, Niels Bates, siblings, Beau Taylor, Crystal Ivie, Billie Taylor, Marissa Taylor, Whitney Box, Jessie Taylor, and Ross Taylor, aunt, Robin Beard, uncle, Steven Bush, aunt, Rebecca Castleberry, cousins, KateLynne Beard, Z Beard, Alana Williams, Patzy Williams, Misty Taylor, and numerous more cousins, nieces, and nephews that she loved dearly. Services for Jamie will be held on Monday, November 25, 2024 at 1pm at First Baptist Church of Pleasant Valley. 3071 Pleasant Valley Rd. Palo Pinto, TX 76484. Celebration of life will be held after.
