James Neil Stradley-Bielss

James Neil Stradley-Bielss died March 26th, 2016 at Duncan, Oklahoma. He was born on July 17, 1933 to Opal "Ruth" Clem Stradley. His father Jay Neil Stradley died June 2, 1933. He was adopted by Carl August Bielss in 1954. On August 28, 1954 he married Harriette Harlene Cranford, they had 2 sons; Timothy Neil and Jeffery Kyle Bielss. He devoted 41 years of his life to National Guard of Texas and Army Reserve. He retired July 17, 1993 as 1st sergeant. He loved his country and loved flying his flag. He loved his family and friends and occasionally trips to the casinos. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at Baum Carlock Bumgardner funeral home from 6-8pm. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at the Central United Methodist church at 2pm. He is survived by his 2 sons; Tim Bielss and wife Frances of Paris, Texas and Jeff Bielss and wife Ronda of Fletcher, Oklahoma; 4 grandchildren: Chuck and wife Molly Bielss, Laura and husband Richard Dinman, James Bielss, Courtney and husband Michael Nobles; 2 great-grandchildren: Jeremiah and Luke Dinman; sister-in-law: Bobbie Cranford; and step brother Vernon Bielss. He is preceded in death by his wife Harriette and sister Carla Mooney. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the wounded warrior project at www.woundedwarriorproject.org/donate.
