James Thomas Morlatt Sr., 57, died March 8, 2015 at the Melech Hospice House in Tampa, Florida. A private memorial was held for family and friends. Jimmy was born May 10, 1957 in Long Branch, New Jersey the son of Jesse G. and Charlotte Frisch Morlatt. Jimmy was the youngest of ten children. He was a caring and sensitive individual who had a generous and loving heart. He proudly served his country in the US Army. Jimmy loved to socialize with family and friends discussing the highlights of the Dallas Cowboys or Texas Rangers. It was heartbreaking when we lost him so early in life. He had a zest for life and lived it to the fullest until that day when God called him home. He is survived by his loving family: wife: Brenda Morlatt of Tampa, Florida, son: James T. Morlatt Jr., and grandchildren: Christian, Skyla, Xavior, and Echo all of Justin, Texas, daughter: Tiffany Morlatt of Tampa, Florida, brothers: Andrew and Dicky Morlatt, sisters: Gayla White and husband Jerry, Cherry Dillion and husband Joe, Melody Angles and husband Dave, and Jennifer Morlatt and a host of nieces, nephews, and dear friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, and brothers: Dale A. Morlatt, Jeffrey G Morlatt, and Michael D. Morlatt.
