James Dodd

James Albert "Jim" Dodd, 66, passed away March 18, 2014 in Fort Worth. He was born April 19, 1947 in San Angelo the son of John and Lockie Lavasser Dodd. He married Peggy A. Bolf on November 5, 1981 in Ozona. He graduated from Seminole High School in 1967. He retired in 2010 after working for 35 years for Mitchell Energy and Enbridge. He was a member of Central United Methodist Church. He was a member of the Millsap Masonic Lodge. Jim loved to walk, and loved computers and music. Services will be 2 PM Saturday, March 22, 2014 at Southside Church of Christ. Burial will follow in Woodland Park Cemetery. Visitation is Friday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. He is survived by his wife: Peggy A. Dodd of Mineral Wells, sons: Barry and David Dodd of Odessa, step-son: Larry McMann of Enterprise, Alabama, sister and brother-in-law: Johnnie K. and Michael Dunagan of Del Rio, several grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and loving extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
