It is with great sadness that the family of Jim E. Borman, Jr. announce his passing on July 21st, 2021 at his home surrounded by family. He was born January 22, 1929 in Dallas, TX. Jim was loving husband to Patricia G. Borman for 61 years and was the father of 7 children and 13 grandchildren. A salesman by trade; in the beauty supply business for over 40 years.
Jim’s parents, James Eleias Borman, Sr. and Catherine Amanda O’Conner, as well as his sister, Ms. Marti (Borman) Walker precede him to heaven.
He is survived by his sister K Callan and his 7 children and 13 grandchildren. Son, Philip Joseph Borman and wife Deanna and grandsons Connor, Caleb and Timothy Borman; son, John Martin Borman and wife Jeana and granddaughter Celeste Borman; daughter, Judy Margaret Cotter and husband Paul and grandsons Sean Lackey and Trevor Cotter and granddaughter Morgan Cotter; daughter, Mary Catherine Garland and husband Danny Jackson; daughter, Alice Navarijo and husband Joseph, and granddaughter Catherine Navarijo and grandsons, Jordan and Nathan Navarijo; son, James P. Borman and wife Jay and granddaughter Kaitlyn Borman; daughter, Trisha D. Borman and grandsons Hunter and Rhodes Borman.
Visitation will be held from 5 pm – 7pm, July 26, 2021 at Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Funeral Home in Mineral Wells, Texas. Rosary will be at 1:30 Tuesday afternoon, July 27, 2021 with funeral mass at 2:00, immediately following at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church at Possum Kingdom Lake with internment following at Palo Pinto Cemetery.
