Jackie Chunn Riggs

Jackie “Jack” Chunn Riggs, 88, passed away Thursday, October 19, 2023, after a brief illness in Mineral Wells, Texas. He was born December 1, 1934 to Hemon and Mary Afton (Chunn) Riggs in Mineral Wells, Texas.
Survivors include his children, Jon Riggs and partner Natalie Helms of Oakland, Maryland; Jackie (Boomer) Riggs Jr of Richmond, Virginia; Jennifer and Eric Lofton of Baytown, Texas and Molly and Todd Hargis of Nacogdoches, Texas. He is also survived by his sister Cassandra and husband Ronnie Pace of Garner, Texas. The grandchildren include, Elisabeth, Jack, Kaley, Sydney, Brett, Brooke and Bethany and a growing list of great grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Mary Darden and Wanda Breitfelder.
A time of gathering will be held 10 a.m., Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Funeral Chapel. Graveside services will follow at Woodland Park Cemetery at 11 a.m.
