Howard Lee Nelson

Howard Lee Nelson, 70, passed away December 6, 2017 in Mineral Wells. He was born May 3, 1947 in Wichita County the son of Howard Vernon and Broxie Nell Harrington Nelson. He was a longtime resident of Mineral Wells and a veteran of the US Army. He was in the National Guard. Graveside services will be 2 PM Friday, December 8, 2017 at Salesville Cemetery. He is survived by his mother: Broxie Nelson, wife of 10 years: Betty Snyder both of Mineral Wells, step-children: Jeremy Self and Sarah Barnett both of Weatherford, sister: Patricia Jones of Mineral Wells, nieces: Cheryl Holmes of Mineral Wells, Stephanie Elser of Dallas, and nephew: Michael Jones of Dallas. He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Clark and Lucille Harrington, and his father.
