Herbert Boone

Herbert Eugene (Pete) Boone, 87, passed away April 14, 2016 at his home in Mineral Wells. He was born November 8, 1928 in Village Bend the son of Eugene Ashby and Eva Newberry Boone. He was a veteran of the US Air Force. He was a longtime resident of Palo Pinto County. Graveside services will be 10 AM Saturday, April 23, 2016 at New Hope Cemetery. The pallbearers will be Marvin R. Procter, James Procter, Bradley Procter, Joe Walker, Greg Gordon and David Boone. He is survived by his sister and brother-in-law: Nancy and Marvin Procter of Gordon, brother and sister-in-law: David and Kathy Boone of Odessa, and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and one great-great-nephew.
