Helen Trump

Helen Arwood Trump, 84, of Mineral Wells, passed away Friday, December 25, 2009 in Mineral Wells. Funeral services will be 2pm, Monday, December 28 at Central United Methodist Church, Rev. Barry Holmes officiating. Burial will follow at Woodland Park Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Dustin Arwood, Greg L. Arwood, Dusty Buschow, Randy Harrell, Mitch Sonnier and Kerry Reid. Honorary pallbearers will be Rusty Williams, Homer Will and Bryce Day. Visitation will be Sunday evening at the funeral home. Helen was born November 16, 1925, in Fullerton, Texas and was the daughter of John R. and Lucille Paul Powell. Inside each of us is the desire to leave a legacy. Each member of our family strives only to achieve the same sort of legacy our beloved Helen leaves behind - a legacy of love and charity. She is survived by two sons, Jack A. and wife, Debbie Arwood of Weatherford, Greg J. and wife, Shilene Arwood of Mineral Wells; daughter, Cindy and husband, Bryce Day of Lakeside, TX; grandchildren, Jamie, Heather, Dustin, Gregory, Jacki, Carly and Callie; ten great grandchildren; brothers, Buddy and wife, Audra Powell, Bruce and wife, Cindy Powell, Jim Pat Powell; sister, Lois Smith; beloved sisters-in-law and brother-in-law; nephews, nieces, "great and great-great, too many to write down even though she would want us to".
