Hazel Mae Taylor

Hazel Mae Taylor of Graford passed away on December 16, 2015. She was born in Ovalo, Texas; the daughter of Alton and Lela Pearl (Walters) Best. In the year 1958, Hazel and Keith were married in Monahans, Texas and what began as a whirlwind romance lasted for 47 years.Hazel enjoyed being a wife and mother. She spent her heart's work tending to the needs of others, volunteering with boy scouts, and working along-side her husband in their masonry business. After her kids were grown, she went to cosmetology school and opened her own Beauty shop. Of all her activities and engagements, her favorite was just being Granny. She is survived by children, Jim Taylor and wife Dana, Hazell Moore and husband James, Billy Taylor and wife Carla, Robert Taylor, Greg Taylor and wife Gayle, Chad Taylor and wife Misti, and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
