Guadalupe Villarreal

Guadalupe M. Villarreal, 80, passed away September 27, 2010 in a Mineral Wells nursing home. She was born April 6, 1930 in Mexico the daughter of Modesto and Evangelina Olguin Menchaca. She was a longtime resident of Mineral Wells and a member of the Templo Bautista Church. She worked for the Mineral Wells Independent School District for 24 years. Graveside services will be 10 AM Wednesday, September 29, 2010 at Woodland Park Cemetery with Ramon Menchaca Jr. officiating. She is survived by her husband: Francisco Villarreal of Mineral Wells, children and spouses: YAdira and Arthur Galope Sr. of Quinlan, Edna V. Rios of Mineral Wells, Francisco Villarreal III of Mineral Wells, 9 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, brother: Ramon Menchaca Sr. of Mineral Wells, and sister: Elvira Sawyer of Del Rio. She was preceded in death by her parents, 3 brothers, and 1 sister. The family wishes to thank Mineral Wells Nursing and Rehab, Palo Pinto Nursing Center, and American Hospice for all the loving care given to their loved one.
