Gregg Sublett

(Charles) Gregg Sublett was born in Stephenville on March 30, 1947. Gregg passed away October 23, 2019 surrounded by his loving wife of 46 years and his family. Gregg and Shirley were married on July 26, 1973. Gregg AKA Papa was loved and cherished by many. First Gregg was a cowboy and second he was a dedicated businessman for Acme Brick for 40 years. After Gregg retired, he returned to his first love being a cowboy. He lived his life to the fullest and gave willingly. Gregg was one you could always turn to and count on. Gregg will be a missed man by all who knew and loved him. Services will be 11 AM Monday, October 28, 2019 at First Baptist Church. Visitation is Monday from 10 AM to service time at the church prior to the service. Burial will follow in Staggs Prairie Cemetery. He is survived by his loving wife: Shirley Sublett, mother: Nellie Sublett of Stephenville, brothers: Nick Sublett of Midland, and Clyde Sublett of Stephenville, sister: Patty Morrison of Patillo, children: Ricky and Lisa Robertson of Granbury, John and Patty Robertson of Alexander, Kentucky, Darran and Madgeana Dutton of Iowa Park, Selena and David Milton and Jennifer and Larry Sherman both of Lipan, 12 grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren. Gregg had two great-grandchildren that resided with him and Shirley, Michaela Mendoza and Ryan Bell.
