Glenn Roland Griever

Glenn Roland Griever, 78, passed away October 11, 2012 in a Mineral Wells hospital. He was born November 1, 1933 in Pennington, Virginia the son of Lem and Lola Parsons Griever. He married Frances Rudene Herring in May of 1956 in Mineral Wells. He was a member of the Cowboy Church and the American Legion. He retired from the US Army. Services will be 10 AM Monday, October 15, 2012 in the Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Chapel. Burial will follow in Hill Cemetery in Parker County. Visitation is Sunday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. He is survived by his daughter: Debbie Griever of Mineral Wells, son and daughter-in-law: Glenn Jr. and Chere Griever of Burleson, grandson: Cody Griever of Burleson, sister: Jeanne Hyder of Dayton, Ohio, brother: Don Griever of Dayton, Ohio, niece: Jennifer McCullough of Frisco, nephew: Jamie Hyder of Dayton, Ohio, and great-nephew: Gabriel McCullough of Frisco. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife on May 30, 2004, brothers: Charles and Robert Griever, and sister: Beverly Johnson.
