Fronnie Joy McCoy

Fronnie Joy McCoy, 79, passed away January 2, 2015 in a Weatherford hospital. She was born January 1, 1936 in Lipan the daughter of Buck and Rena Basham. She married Samuel Lee "Bo" McCoy on October 11, 1949 in Palo Pinto. She was a longtime resident of Fortune Bend. Services will be 2 PM Tuesday, January 6, 2015 in the Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Chapel. Burial will follow in Fortune Bend Cemetery. Visitation is Monday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. She is survived by her children and spouses: Janet and Mike Bishop of Las Vegas, Nevada, David McCoy of Fortune Bend, Mike and Norma McCoy of Fortune Bend, Ginger McCoy Jordon of Dublin, Gennifer McCoy of Dublin, 10 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, 15 great-great-grandchildren, brother: Buck Basham of South Bend, sister: Nolan Edgin of Boerne, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband on October 31, 1990, granddaughter: Jeannie Bishop, great-grandson: Buck McCoy II, 1 sister, and 1 brother.
