Freida Palmer

Freida Marcille Palmer, 93, passed away September 28, 2010 in an Augusta, Georgia hospital. She was born March 1, 1917 in Mineral Wells. She married Francis Palmer on January 3, 1937 in Bridgeport and he preceded her in death on October 8, 2000. She worked as a cook at the Crazy Water Hotel and was a member of North Oak Church of Christ. Services will be 2 PM Saturday, October 2, 2010 in the Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Chapel with William Eudy officiating. Burial will follow in Woodland Park Cemetery. She is survived by her son: Wayne Palmer of Sylvania, Georgia, granddaughter and husband: Cheryl and Charles Wren of Clearwater, South Carolina, great-grandsons: Christopher and Chandler Wren, and numerous friends.
