Frances Fay Ann Burch Wilson

Frances Fay Ann Burch Wilson gained her angel wings on Sunday, December 23, 2018, at the age of 94. Francis was born November 2, 1924, in Paducah, Texas, to Roy Monroe and Ida Bell (Halbert) Burch.She married her lifelong sweetheart, Hollis Allen Wilson, on October 25, 1941, in Childress, Texas, and they remained married for 51 years until he preceded her in death, November 8, 1992. Francis moved to the Heritage Manor apartments in Mineral Wells in 1996 and lived there for 22-years making many life-long friends.Frances will always be known and loved for her quick wit, infectious smile, giving heart and love for "her" Dallas Cowboys. She welcomed everyone into her home as if they were family and loved her own family as if they were heroes. She truly will be missed and was loved by all who had the privilege to know her.Frances was preceded in death by her father, Roy, mother, Ida Bell, and her husband, Hollis. She is survived by her son, Johnny Wilson and wife, Pam; daughter Alice (Wilson) Holloway and husband, J.R.; Granddaughters Jessica Ligon and husband, Brian; Amanda Hemesath and husband, Tim; Trudy Holloway and Trey; Grandsons Bryan Wilson and wife, Lindsay; Cutter Holloway and wife, Mindy as well as many nieces, nephews and great grandkids that she loved dearly.A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 28, 2018, at Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner at 302 W Hubbard St., Mineral Wells, Texas, at 2 o'clock p.m. In lieu of flowers please make a charitable donation to Meals on Wheels of Mineral Wells.
