Fernando Ortiz

Fernando M. Ortiz 72 of Mineral Wells passed away June 23, 2011 surrounded by his loving family. Born in Mexico, the son of Juan and Alvia Martinez Munoz, he is Survived by wife of 50 years Maria Ortiz; daughters Silvia Ortiz, Yolanda Ortiz, Hortencia Ortiz and Olga Ortiz; son Jose Juan Ortiz and 25 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father. Visitation is Sunday June 26, from 6-8PM; Rosary is Monday at 6PM with Mass Tuesday at 10AM at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, with burial following at Woodland Park Cemetery.
