Emilio Villarreal

Emilio F. Villarreal, 85, passed away April 28, 2016 in Mineral Wells. He was born July 5, 1930 in Eden, Texas the son of Francisco and Margarita Flores Villarreal. He Married Juana S. Villarreal on February 12, 1956 in Piedras Negras, Mexico. He was a longtime resident of Mineral Wells and a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. He worked for Mineral Wells ISD as a custodian for 24 years. In his spare time he sheared sheep and goats. Mass will be 10 AM Thursday, May 5, 2016 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Santo North Cemetery. The Rosary is 6 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. He is survived by his children and spouses: Emilio S. Jr. and Ivy Villarreal of Santo, Luis Carlos and Kim Villarreal of Mineral Wells, Alfredo S. and Rachel Villarreal of Mineral Wells, Maria and Greg Rodriquez of Millsap, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, brother and sister-in-law: Isdrio and Dominga Villareal of Mineral Wells, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, several siblings, wife on July 16, 2003, son: Jose S. Villarreal, and granddaughter: Laura Ann Villarreal.
