Elmer Floyd Watts, 89, passed away September 14, 2021 in Mineral Wells. He was born August 26, 1932 in Anson the son of Floyd Charles Henry and Grace Ricks Watts. Elmer loved the Lord, his family, and his dog Bud. Elmer was a Korean Vet and retired law enforcement. Elmer lived life to the fullest. Services will be 2 PM Thursday, September 23, 2021 at Countryside Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Woodland Park Cemetery. Visitation is Wednesday from 6 to 8 PM at the funeral home. Elmer was preceded in death by his parents, wife: Geraldean Watts, children: Rhonda Watts, Regina Clarette, Donna Morris, grandson: Josh Scott, and several brothers and sisters. He is survived by his brother: Larry and wife Bea Watts, daughter: Theresa and husband Ken Marshall, son: Danny Watts and wife Kim, grandchildren: John Scott, Jessica Loy and partner Bryson Loy, Maegen King and husband Aarron King, William Watts and partner Laura Baily, Jerry Gee and Wife Brandi, several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. The pallbearers will be John Scott, Aarron King, Dawson Watts, Krystal Watts, Braxton Simmons, Eli Watts, and Bryson Loy.
