Ellen Campbell

Ellen Pearl Campbell, 91, passed away September 4, 2013 in a Weatherford assisted living facility. She was born March 25, 1922 in Weatherford the daughter of George W. and Mary Fannie Barber Davis. She married Aubrey Campbell on November 22, 1950 in Weatherford. She was raised in Weatherford and then moved to Mineral Wells after she was married. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Mineral Wells. She did volunteer work for the Hope Shelter and the church. Services will be 9 AM Saturday, September 7, 2013 in the Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Chapel. Burial will follow in Goen Cemetery. Visitation is Friday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law: Steve and Therese Campbell of Carrolton, Rodney and Salesta Campbell of Aledo, grandchildren: Brennan Campbell, Ashlynn Campbell, and Lauren Amanda Campbell Vaughn, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband on July 9, 2005, 5 sisters, and 2 brothers.
