Ella Hendricks

Ella Joy (Sides) Hendricks 90 of Chesnut Mountain near Brazos Texas died Saturday January 26, 2013 at a Stephenville Nursing Home. Services will be Tuesday January 29, 2013 at 10:00 AM at the Patillo Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Dobbs Valley Cemetery. Ella was born October 07, 1922 at Chesnut Mountain near Brazos Texas to the late George P. Sides and Edna Chesnut Sides. She graduated high school and married K.O. Hendricks December 22, 1942 in Palo Pinto County. Mrs. Hendricks helped her husband on the farm and raised their children. She was a great artist and loved to make mosaics and cook. Her favorite thing was sitting by the water fishing. Mrs. Hendricks is preceded in death by her husband, and two sisters Adera Bradley and Mamie Sides. Mrs. Hendricks is survived by her son Ron Hendricks and his wife Barbara, one daughter Renee Robertson and her husband J.P., 7 Grandchildren and 14 Great grandchildren Visitation was Monday January 28, 2013 at the Funeral Home.
