Elizabeth Louise Mitchell

Elizabeth Louise Mitchell, 86, passed away peacefully at home Sunday, May 10, 2015. She was born December 7, 1928 in Wichita Falls the daughter of Broox and Anna Opal Lawrence Taylor. She married Neely M. Mitchell on July 5, 1946 in Weatherford. She lived most of her adult life in Palo Pinto County. Graveside services will be 2 PM Friday, May 15, 2015 at Rock Creek Cemetery. Visitation is Thursday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. She is survived by her children: Kenneth Mitchell of Lubbock, Ann Dugger of Dennison, and Beverly Twedt and husband Jim of Mineral Wells, grandchildren: Kathy DeLeon, Mike Mitchell, Lance Mitchell, Hilary Jasper, Jason Patterson, Rosa Patterson, Jason Scott Wade, and Wesley Wade, 16 great-grandchildren, brother-in-law: Troy Evans of Fort Worth and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband: Neely M. Mitchell, son: Marshall Mitchell, grandchildren: Jonathan Mitchell and Kelly Mitchell, and brother: Roy Earl Black.
