Elizabeth Cole

Elizabeth Rose Ibell Cole, 93, of Mineral Wells, passed away Saturday, June 20, 2009, at her home. Funeral services will be 2 pm Wednesday at the Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Chapel with Rev. David Wilkins officiating. Burial will be in the Woodland Park Cemetery. Mrs. Cole was born September 7, 1915 in Montgomery, AL the daughter of Daniel and Molly Montgomery Roan and moved to Mineral Wells February 1998.She married Leslie Cole who preceded her in death in 1990. She was a Baptist. Survivors include her sons, Jerry Cole of Mineral Wells and Douglas Cole and his wife, Jane, of Joplin, MO; daughter, Paulette Cole Lewis of Mineral Wels; nine grandchildren, including Paul and Christine Lewis of Mineral Wells Stephanie Morgan of Plano and Jason Cole of Missouri; 17 great-grandchildren; sisters, Inez Simpson and Helen Kloever of Illinois; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two sons, Leslie Dale Cole and Eddie Cole.
